Introduced on Facebook and YouTube in March 2020, followed by the AFS-TV platform launch in October of the same year, Applied Fitness Solutions has continuously improved their virtual content. The team is dedicated to ongoing learning and growth alongside their clients. While recognizing the abundance of virtual exercise options available today, they invite you to support their small fitness family in their mission to serve and inspire others through fitness.

To access all features and content, you can subscribe to AFS TV monthly with an auto-renewing subscription within the app. Pricing may vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase. Subscription payments will be managed through your iTunes Account under Account Settings following the initial payment. They automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24 hours before the current cycle ends. Any remaining trial period will be forfeited upon payment. Cancelling subscriptions can be done by disabling auto-renewal.
